If your goods are damaged or fall under any of the above conditions, we would be happy to replace them with the correct product. We will schedule a return pickup for the product.

Returned products are subject to verification and checks by us to ensure they are in their original condition. If the product is not found in its original condition, your request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you (shipping costs will be borne by the customer). For refunds on prepaid orders, the transaction will be reversed to your payment method. For COD orders, you must share your account details so the refund can be processed. If you have tried the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) painting, it will not be refundable or exchangeable. Only in cases where the kit is unused and all parts are returned will a refund or replacement be processed per the policies above.
