Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect

If your goods are damaged or fall under any of the above conditions, we would be happy to replace them with the correct product. In such cases, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products via Chat on WhatsApp, notifying us of the issue with pictures of the product received. We will schedule a return pickup for the product.

It is required that the return packets be strongly and adequately packed to avoid further damage during transit. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the issue is our responsibility and not due to misuse or abuse outside our control. Returned products are subject to verification and checks by us to ensure they are in their original condition. If the product is not found in its original condition, your request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you (shipping costs will be borne by the customer). For refunds on prepaid orders, the transaction will be reversed to your payment method. For COD orders, you must share your account details so the refund can be processed.
