In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please record a clear, uncut unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) and report it within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 92207 72150 or at support@decorsmart.in. After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a missing part, repair, replacement or refund, as deemed suitable by Decor Smart.

Wrong Product Received:

If the product does not match the specifications of your original order, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.
