Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect
If your goods are damaged or fall under any of the above conditions, we would be happy to replace them with the correct product. In such cases, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products via Chat on WhatsApp, notifying us of the issue with pictures of the product received. We will schedule a return pickup for the product.
It is required that the return packets be strongly and adequately packed to avoid further damage during transit. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the issue is our responsibility and not due to misuse or abuse outside our control. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoice.
In case of incomplete products or items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end..
Didn’t Like the Product or Quality / Size Not as per Requirement / Changed My Mind / Don’t Need Anymore
We ensure only the best quality reaches our customers as each product undergoes a well-defined quality check process. However, since these are art products, please note that there may be slight variations in looks and finish. The colors displayed on the website are as close to the actual product colors as possible. However, depending on your display screen, slight color variations may occur. In the case of handmade paintings, minor variations may exist due to the nature of the work.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoice. The return packets should be strongly and adequately packed to prevent damage during transit.
Returned products are subject to verification and checks by us to ensure they are in their original condition. If the product is not found in its original condition, your request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you (shipping costs will be borne by the customer). Any damage to the product during the re-shipment is the customer's responsibility.
For refunds on prepaid orders, the transaction will be reversed to your payment method. For COD orders, you must share your account details so the refund can be processed. COD charges are non-refundable, and only the product charges will be refunded. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank..
DIY Painting Kits
If you have tried the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) painting, it will not be refundable or exchangeable. Only in cases where the kit is unused and all parts are returned will a refund or replacement be processed per the policies above.
Order Cancellation
For cancellations beyond the policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied as a return shipping cost, along with a 3% payment gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Custom Product Orders
Custom products are created based on your request and are not part of the standard catalog on our website. COD will not be applicable for such orders.
Custom orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced if the wrong product or a damaged product is received. In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at decorsmart2008@gmail.com.
